Tofu and Veggie Stir Fry

Tofu and Veggie Stir Fry


Ingredients:
Garlic, minced
1 Onion, shredded
1/2 Carrot, julienned
1/2 Zucchini, sliced
1/2 c fried Tofu
1 head of Broccoli
1/2 c Oyster Mushroom
1 small Chicken Breast, diced
1 tbsp Oyster Sauce
2 tbsp Light Soy Sauce
1 tsp brown sugar
Salt and Pepper to taste



Fry Tofu. Set aside.


Sautee Garlic and Onion. Add Carrots. Add Oyster Mushroom.


Add Broccoli.


Add Zucchini.


Fry Chicken til almost golden brown in color.


Add fried Tofu. Add Oyster Sauce, Light Soy Sauce, and Brown Sugar. Season with Salt and Pepper. Stir Fry.


Voila! Tofu and Veggie Stir Fry ready to serve. Serve on top of Rice or as is. Good for 2-3 servings.
